Homemade Pecan Butter

Add pecans to the food process and process for 5 to 7 minutes.
Stop the processor the first couple of minutes to scrape down the sides. The longer it processes, the smoother the pecan butter will be.
- Add a couple of Tbsp of maple syrup or honey with a combo of cocoa and cinnamon. Add a little salt to cut the sweetness or add a little more to make it sweet 'n salty.
